Meditation has a lot of benefits and very few people know the benefits and actually doing meditation on a regular basis. So, what are the meditation’s benefits?
We can summarize meditation’s benefits into 3 main aspects: rich, happiness, and nibbana (end of sufferings). But to have those 3 benefits, we need to do correct meditation, and most importantly, we need to do 3 times a day, in order to gain the most benefits.
Not all meditation methods are the the same. The best method of all is anapanasati or breathing meditation as taught by the Buddha in thhe anapanasati sutta.
